Project Description
We are proud to be partnering with Community Housing of Wyandotte County, Inc. to redevelop this once iconic building in Downtown Kansas City, KS. Most recently, this building housed the downtown KCK offices of UMB Bank. In the future, this building will be restored to its historic past with 5 stories of multifamily rental opportunities and 2 stories of office/retail. Best part: there is the opportunity for a speakeasy in the basement!
