Alfredo Garcia

Principal, Leasing & Investor Relations

Alfredo is an expert in real estate development, with a particular focus on statistical analysis of neighborhood change and future growth potential.

Alfredo completed his doctoral dissertation from Princeton University, which was a mixed-method study that explored the influence of factors such as arts, culture, and globalization on the evolution of Wynwood – the arts district of Miami. Alfredo went on to serve as the head of fundraising and development efforts at non- and for-profit organizations across Miami and Kansas City where he raised more than $1M during the time of Covid-19.

Based in Kansas City, Missouri, Alfredo uses data sources and analysis to determine the best opportunities for investment in the region. He is also responsible for the expansion of the firm’s capital relationships and strategic growth.

Alfredo holds a PhD and a Master’s degree from Princeton University, a Master’s degree from Harvard University, and Bachelor’s of Science degree from Duke University.

Carlos Rovira

Principal, Asset & Property Management
RG Capital Partners LLC

Mr. Rovira is a full time real estate investor that has been purchasing and managing income producing property since 2009. He has experience purchasing, syndicating and managing both commercial and residential properties throughout S. Florida, the Midwest, and the Caribbean.

Carlos spent 10 years as an engineer working in the Tech Industry. He prides himself in being able to apply the same principles from the tech world into the real estate industry, by creating systems and processes that unlock opportunities and cash-flows, maximizing returns. His data-driven, analytical approach to underwriting and managing properties is a competitive advantage that he believes he has as an operator, and is proud to be able to share it with other investors and owners.

He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and is active in both property management, syndications and brokerage activities throughout S. Florida and the Midwest. His current holdings include a number of multi-family properties in S. Florida, a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Midwest, as well as short-term vacation rentals in the Bahamas. He also manages a significant portfolio of properties for third party investors through Rovira Realty, a S. Florida based Property Management firm.

Mr. Rovira currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Miami, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida State University.

Jake Guso

Principal, Leasing & Acquisitions

Born and raised in Miami, Jake has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on finance and valuations. Jake obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Upon completion of his studies, he returned to Miami, immediately immersing himself in the commercial real estate industry.

Jake began his career in the Summer of 2016, joining a local real estate investment and management firm, with holdings in the Miami-Dade and Broward County markets.  His responsibilities included leasing and management of 267 multifamily units, 500,000 square feet of retail space, and serving as initial underwriter on all incoming deals.  He then joined NAI Miami as an independent broker in 2018 and currently advises clients in both leasing and sales transactions throughout several asset classes.  He has successfully completed over $56,000,000 in transactions representing 425,000 square feet of property since joining the firm.  Jake leverages his background in finance, as well as his in-depth knowledge of property management to service his clients through all phases of the ownership cycle, from identification, through management and repositioning, to a successful disposition.   

Outside of a professional setting, Jake enjoys fishing throughout the Florida Keys and the Bahamas throughout the Summer and hunting the Carolina’s during the Winter.

Isabel Rovira

Chief Operating Officer
RG Capital Partners LLC

Isabel has extensive experience starting, growing, and operating small businesses, both non-profit and for-profit, and brings over 15 years of administration and operations expertise to the team.

Isabel co-founded a non-profit organization in Miami, Florida, Urban Health Partnerships and served as its COO for over 10 years, helping to grow the organization from the ground up. She also co-owns a consulting firm and has helped clients both locally and nationally.

She manages the day to day operations for the Rovira Realty and RG Capital Partners team, with a focus on streamlining operations and processes.

Isabel holds a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree from University of Miami.
